The Winter Nocturne has evolved into an annual tradition, marking the start of the New Year with beautiful musical performances.

In 2009, Ben Cox, an ardent supporter of USC Aiken Music, initiated the practice of identifying and sponsoring acclaimed artists to visit USC Aiken. This initiative not only supports piano studies but also offers the Aiken community an unforgettable experience of exceptional musical talent. This year, talented pianist Awadagin Pratt will be playing!

Following the concert, attendees can enjoy a warm cocoa reception! The Winter Nocturne concert is accessible at an affordable rate, with complimentary admission for students. All proceeds generated from the concert contribute to supporting USC Aiken Music.
